Refund Policy

 

Please note that each contributor will be responsible to manage their giving account, to save log-in credentials, and to terminate recurring payments they wish to discontinue for any reason (such as closing a credit card or bank account or job loss). In the event of a system or user error resulting in duplicate payment(s) Rwanda Joy will be happy to reimburse the amount of the duplicate payment(s).

Product Purchases are taken in as donations to Rwanda Joy, and thus purchases are final and not returnable. If you received the wrong product, or there is a problem upon arrival please see our Contact Page to get in touch.
